Refund Policy

At Virginia Mattress LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Product must include all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Mattresses that have been slept on or used
- Bedding products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized products
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and product.
